Skep:

I went to Google and ask.com, and read the Wikipedia article on her and her influencing associates. It took about an hour to read.

Earlier in her life she was definitely a communist party member. She broke with them, but sure seems to have retained most of their worldview/language, as socialists tend to do.

She is currently a professor at the Britain's London School of Economics, which was started by Fabian Socialists--like I said, same theory of wealth distribution, mostly by blaming and impoverishing the rich/capitalistically successful, and redistributing governmentaly--mostly extremely far-left British Labour Union stuff.

'Bout what I thought. Still-hardline communists' plan for wealth distribution is through violence/suppression methods--before the Soviets overthrew Eastern bloc countries, the "socialists" of various stripes were their fifth columnists, who were, historically, mostly killed, as politically unstable/untrustworthy, after the hardliners took over--just like what Mao said about power growing out of the barrel of a gun.

Nothing new under the sun--that's just more godless modern politics for ya'!

I don't think either the socialists nor the communists' apologists/academicians are all that brilliant; myself.

Just my own point of view.
