Intro:Since 6-7 years I take on jogging again...after I realised that I must do something for my body.Initially my chest-pain I thought to be the heart...but after sound doctorial analyis and check ups it was all very ok, lungs (though I do have bronchial asthma, congestion over years and years) and heart.I thought something is cramped up inside...so I resorted to training...with many ups and downs along the way.

In the beginning 3 rounds at my park (equaling 2 km) where I live, would get me totally exhausted...later it got more and more so that since a while distances between 20 and 30 km are not much of a problem TG!

Anyway...last year I had to take a break from jogging, too much stress at work...flat getting renovated from the owning company...and diverse pains in different part of the legs (still suffering in spite of the bodily exercise from overweight, compared to my juvenile years)...until I finally got more radical 3 months ago, by setting myself on a diet...e.g. not allowing anymore myself any type of white sugar in my nutrition...if I can help it...(and of course I can somewhat, by looking on the labels)

Anyway today I took again a route I was always very fond of...it's an ascension of something like 150 meters straight up...with a a steepness of overall 15%, at the summit of the hill is a 900 year old fortress...the view is splendid...and just being in the nature...outside is just really worth it all for me...the route is past the highschool my son graduated from and it's past many very luxurious mansions...it's a bit like grandma Berg touring through the richer parts of town...kind of getting an idea, that heaven must be more than that...I have really no envy for anyone who already made it here...still the sights are nice.

Anyway as I was "steaming" up the last 100 roadmeters to the summit...a young chap surpassed me....smaller in height...less weight...late teen-years or early twens I assumed. He wore a cap and I took it sportingly in my mind, that I "lost" to a fine young runner...as I reached the fortress I saw him in the premises...where there are mostly parking lots and also a statue...Having not my spectacles I couldn't make out what he was doing...taking a break (ha...it crossed my mind)...taking a "pee"...but not there...you would use at lest a tree...tsk...when I got closer...I saw him eyes directed at three statues...symbolising the trinity I suppose...never took too much time for those sculptures...cap was laying in the grass...hands folded in prayer...I did marvel at him...at times you find people praying in restaurants...and at times I do too...only God knows his heart and I don't want to dismiss it as being very catholic or the publican praying where one can be seen...it's rare of German youth to do that/I think...and I was touched by that.

I took it as a witness...TG for that
