Glad you can go...such changes/tours are very often so upliftinging...glad your mother in law will be reaching such "biblical" age...my mother passed on with 89 ...& in her case it was a relief...I'd say.

Longlivety is a blessing and often I figure a burden for the old aged and even the relatives or the state...& it'll be quite a "problem" in the near future for Germany...the average age being quite high...other than e.g. turkey which is kind of half of it...almost the same populationfigure.

Long ago it was..having been in Madras...and about 11 years ago last in Rome & I don't know when I will have a chance to return to both cities....my kids often go in summer ...all born in the north of Italy

India is still very fascinating to me (though bella Italia too)...but fairly costly at the moment for me to go to...since all my kids still are undergoing uni-studies...so I have little to save or it goes in "bookprojects" ; )

May be later when I have the money..may be health will be the issue : ( hope not

I try to limit the micorwave-use ... I am not convinced...that it isn't damaging to either the food &/or more

Wish you a happy journey and all the rest
