Thanks for the Youtube link. The Catholics believe in revelation outside of the biblical cannon. I think their position is that the revelation must not conflict, but adds to what is in scripture. I suppose you could make the argument that the doctrine of immaculate conception conflicts with what's revealed in the Bible, but I also know that Catholics use scripture to support the doctrine.
