I recently came across this name: Choo Thomas...due to some other board I visit and was amazed/"shocked" that again someone is seeking the limelight (millions of copies of her book sold!!!) by believing to be very special...super-anointed and all the rest...all what we already have gone through (in TFI )...Berg's ultimate trip etc....being endtime prophet...Zerby being endtime witness etc. etc.

I noticed, that Paul didn't have a high opinion of himself (or consider the prayer of Daniel the prophet) and Jesus...asked why He was being labeled good...when only God to HIM was/is good (I must admit, that to be very deep to me...or rather extremely humble) ...so all this supposed "prophesied praise" of her is really ringing very strange to me besides many doctrines...which sound/read like holiness-doctrine or catholic to me....plus declaring the tithe as "sacrosanct"...something which cannot be established by NT-standard...where we only find free-will gifts/donations to the saints...in Jerusalem or to Paul etc.
Anyway such is the road some (rather many by number) take...for which the Bible is not enough...from the Gnostics to the Catholics...Charismatics/Berg...always wanting some "extra-message" (or relativating what is given)...instead of reading and applying what there is already given (and understood)...in that special time-"frame"...2000 years ago...and before...To me that is enough...and I am not through, understanding the Bible since 36 years....and to me that is the best nourishing spiritual food possible
I made a decision many,many years back...that I will not regard anything but the revealed truth through the canon...as a yardstick to go by, what others teach and say...if I find it contradicting anything revealed in there I don't need it/want it...or fight it...also for the sake of others.So I mainly read other teacher's thoughts (but even critics), what the Word means to them...is supposed to mean, to balance my own views...coming hopefully to some conclusion (united effort)...if not now...then later.

Oh, before I forget...it's endtime in another sense (Isaiah 3:12)...women seeking teaching positions...I know that is a "touchy" subject for many,even here, I guess
...women once prayed with their head covered (The heathen/Hindus are smarter than many Christians in that and many other regards...that is the state of diluted/delusioned Christianity)...remained silent in the churches (way back then)...but they seek "equality"...on all levels....otherwise it'd be "unfair" to them.I guess the Lord made a "mistake" by not calling 6 female disciples as apostles (minimum ; ) )
Before people protest here:...I used to be a super "worshipper" of women and ardent advocate of their rights to "gender equality"...in all spheres..also the "spiritual"...coming from TFI...with Zerby and other women-("co")domination (Faithy...Sara...Dora...the whole household) in TFI...I had minimum qualms with that...also from my liberal upbringing....I just thought them (women) to be "perfect"...meanwhile much varnish/glamour...God seeing on the inside/heart...is gone....be it for male or female.
