I've actually been there.
I know I am Biolar, now, adn amon meds that work, and getting professional help.
And, I went on permanent Disability, for BD, and crippling arthritis. I am thankful not to have cancer, but wouldhope to be a faithful witness to whom God really is, in what appears to me sometimes to be His "Punctuated Sovereignty", in the face of our weak human existence, and the gift of truly free will.
My first ex's answer is a sort of "Self-Pity Atheism"--things in her life didnt happen according to her preferred schedule, so she entirely edited or life together--every experience we had shared.
Read any Phillip Yancy, like Disappointment iwth God? A good place to start. I weathered three very real suicide attepts.
