I am talking about the basics of Christian doctrine. John 3:16, a Triune God, albeit the family version of the Holy Spirit is so perverted it makes me scream! They picture the HS as a buxom blonde, when in scripture it is always spoken of as He. When I give my testimony to a congregation, other pastors, or other Christians I always put that it was a "Christian" cult. An interesting thing is in TF we had such a high opinion of ourselves. Very few Christians have ever heard of TF. Many times when you speak of a cult it gets confused with the occult. Being in a cult is a intricate part of my testimony how God is a God of miracles who delivered us from a false, perverted, Christianity and moved us into an awesome place of ministry. I call it "God Has Tattoos, Lots of Them". It coames from a scripture in Isaiah. Isaiah 49:16 from The Amplified Version says it well! (16 Behold, I have indelibly imprinted (tattooed a picture of) you on the palm of each of My hands; [O Zion] your walls are continually before Me.) Other versions use written, engraved, inscribed. The tattoos really gives a really clear picture of love and care He has for each of us and it's permanent! I use a PowerPoint slide when I give my testimony in a church. It has a picture of 2 Heavenly Hands, one with pictures of my wife and myself in different points of history. In the other if I can get them I put pictures of people in the congregation.
