Sorry I have to disagree with your interpretation here. As a follower of Christ, the belief is that there is only one God in 3 persons. God the Father, Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It is cut and dry. It is simple, but narrow. It is much simpler though to go on the wide road, but scripture reveals where the wide road leads to.
With this link is many translations of Matthew 7:13 doesn't seem to be much wiggle room there!
