That would depend on your definition of absolute truth.
If absolute truth is the concept that universal facts can be discovered and thus understood to be universal constants, as opposed relativism, then I believe absolute truth is out there, even if we, as mere humans, are capable of grasping and internalizing only some of its aspects.
