I am volunteer staff at a small church, where I am a youth /young adult pastor. I make money as a maintenance supervisor working 40 to 50 hrs. a week at an apartment complex. I do have a concern that new policies do not remove more money that I earn. IMO spreading the wealth is something that is voluntary.
