If people can't handle discussing differences then they don't need to show up. Since you can't please everyone the problem with unhappy people will always solve itself. Even I go away when it gets too much for me. So why worry so much? You shouldn't lower your standards to match disgruntled complainers. People who can't appreciate what you do for them and behave and exchange opinions in a honest manner don't deserve to be here anyway. It must be a lot of work for you, I don't know, but if you can afford it, I say keep it up!
