Unfortunately, they are not kidding. I heard one of their spokeswomen on the radio. I think that it makes them look pathetic and desperate. Furthermore, when they (NOW) first criticized the tackle in the "celebrate-life" video, they said nothing about the tackling of Betty White in the other Super Bowl ad. Now they're criticizing that one, too, so as not to appear inconsistent. :\
