I was "shocked" reading that today in the news...the basis for all the recent survey of US-geologists is the card-material the Russians left when leaving Afghanisthan...
Our Ex-president Köhler...a studied economist...ex IWF-head...resigned over a quote from an interview back home from his stopover in Afghanisthan...it took a few days after the interview was given, that it hit the fan...it talked about economic interests...I couldn't see it then in A....the presedential bureau was quick then to say/correct, that he meant the covering, protection of vessels off the shores of Samalia was meant...now I think, he rather knew ; )
Although he had a valid excuse...so now he can deny as long as he wants to...unless other news from Afghanisthan trickle in...but this is quite a surprise for me...the staggering wealth there
