I'm going to take a stab at this: I would not want to be in this man's shoes. I can understand the extra security at airlines right now though. I wouldn't want to see a coordinated series of attacks that would dwarf what happened at the twin towers. Therefore, should I choose to fly, I'd opt for the full body scan or be prepared by asking questions if I had special equipment or special needs so I could be prepared as much as possible for any added inconvenience. The humiliation is not the result of government trying to interfere with human rights. It is a matter of necessary prevention. I wouldn't like the screening personally. I am sure I would feel humiliated and even more so if I had a disability or special need. But my anger would be directed at the people that are doing things that provide such a threat that these screenings are now routine.
