Check out L-Cysteine. Commonly used in breads to prevent mass produced breads from caving in, this is found in many fast food restaurant buns and breads as well as pastries, pizza dough and more. It is made up of human hair from China and substances like hog hair and duck feathers. Pretty disgusting. I've been looking at Islamic websites for "clean foods" because they do not eat foods made with human or pork product, no matter how processed they are. Mass production short cuts often have cheap third world product in the mix. Yuck.
