It was rational, imo, to make a distinction that the viewpoint of the idiot that made the "Innocence of Muslims" film was acting as a lone ranger and not as representative of most Americans. I really don't believe these attacks are soley related to the film. I watched it (after the news of the Embassy in Benghazi being attacked and people murdered) and though it was offensive, crude, rude and lewd, it was very poorly made and boring with really really bad acting. People in the middle east do live in different cultures, but in Libya and Yemen, most have cell phones, electronics, and awareness of cultural differences between America and their countries of origin. Being orchestrated starting Sept. 11, was a message. 'Hello- you took Bin Laden, Hussein and sons, Ghadafi, and now together, we're going to dish it back out'. The religion of Islam is not the enemy. The religion of Christianity is not the enemy. The enemy are the extremists, whether Westboro Baptist Church, Al-Quaida or the uni-bomber.
