If anything, Farrakhan is sabotaging Obama's campaign. Farrakhan is a power hungry oportunistic nut (imo) and I have no respect for him. He is cult-like with his extreme religious view and following.
There may be KKK that support McCain/Palin, but that does not make M/P KKK or even sympathetic to their cause or doctrines.
Would you be willing to debate the issues your candidate supports vs. the issues Barack supports?
