The answer to your first question is yes. My nor I never participated in child sex abuse. I assume we are not alone. In answer to your second question it depends on what good is defined as. In answer to your third question you might find some answers to it further down in this forum in a post I did last August which is a paper I did. It focuses on cults in general.
