I'd like to thank everyone for writing so pleasant and helpful posts and being so patient. You really helped me and I understood that choosing this topic was not a good idea. You are the only knowledgeable people and only you have right to form conclusions about the organizational culture of COG. As unknowledgable outsider I beg your forgiveness.
I hope I have not offened anybody, if so it really was not my intention. Because I do not want to challenge anybody's patience anymore, get on your nerves and waste your time I say good bye and wish you all the best.
