I wish you well. I hope things will work out with your degree and your research. There are many rough edges in many of us, distrust goes rampant through this community - understandably so.
I for one would like to understand us (me) better and realize it has to be done by outsiders. We have too many issues and the lack of unified view, against wich we are predisposed, prevent us from doing a good job.
