Alan, it should be obvious from his name that Miguel must either a Latin American or American of Latino extract. Tho the issues of minority rights may be *silly talk* & not an issue for you, I'm assuming that they are very real for Miguel & that he posted what he did for a reason. I would like to see you answer his question. Are you aware of the programs he mentioned?
