I know that all of the points you include in your list have been expanded. They are in posts and in documentation from members and from ex-members. These include Berg's own writings as well as many from TFI leaders. There is plenty of documentation disproving their claims of innocense.

However, a long list with pointers to the actual documents, as in an index, would be very useful tool.

In any case, you said it right. More power to those behind this site, the boards and the information and documentation.
