Men are supposed to visualize having a vagina, and it is not regarded as homosexuality (a no-no in their ideology) because they are spiritually the "bride of christ."
Although what they state for the public is that young children are not required to do this, in reality, by a certain age they are most certainly aware of the doctrine, and that it is supposedly espoused by those who are the most faithful and "yielded" to Jesus.
