Note that my above comment does not fully constitute Ad hominem as, pursuant to Commandment #4, the author's own abilities and assumptions of "truth" in these 10 premises beg the question.

#9 is really referring to post hoc, ergo propter hoc, to assume a logical connection from a temporal sequence (knee hurts, rain, hence my hurt knee caused the rain). A non-sequitur is when a conclusion doesn't follow from a premise or premises.

10 is argumentum ad populum. Bandwagon "fallacy" is itself a fallacy as it is a misunderstanding of the "bandwagon effect," which has nothing to do with logic and everything to do with human behavior.
