Where did Berg say MLs are more important than the Bible?

I'm trying to find the ML where Berg said that his letters are more important to read and memorize than the Bible. I found one,"The Laws of Moses" (1972), where he says "To ignore the Word of the Lord through His Prophet is to ignore the Voice of God Himself". But I know he wrote some time later that if it was a choice between reading the Bible or the MLs, then it should be the latter. I don't expect anyone here to do my research for me and wade through that garbage. I'm just hoping someone remembers where it might be, or can suggest search terms that might make it easier to find. So far I haven't had success.
