Well this is old stuff, and these forums are dead anyway, but anyhow. let me add my five cents. Perhaps in the meantime you have found the answer to your question.
If here ever was an overall common denominator in ALL MO-letters, this is it. Because the Bible was Berg's enemy number one, as were equally those who believed the Bible. But in his ever so sly, prevaricating and mentally reserved Jesuitical fashion very few detected his subversive program.
In any case the MO-letter "WE'RE STILL THE JESUS REVOLUTION! DFO 1592 18/8/83" is THE main one in this vein, imo.
But also "Old Bottles" and "New Bottles" are two early watershed pubs to this end. However, these two were a veiled attack on the Scriptures, and most people did not, and still do not, see it as such.
