I just like to encourage others to good health; myself.
Get plenty of vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids, avoid overweight by any food source, and cut WAY down on the carbs, especially the simple ones (I am an insulin-depenedent diabetic).
Meat?
I believe that's there's room for ALL of God's creatures----right next to the mashed potatoes!
Of course, now, I substitute pureed turnips--yum!
