You are right, I have strayed from my original position about TF and the export of American Christianity. I assure you, though, that American Christianity exists just as the Christian right and the Christian left exist. If you were to look up the Christian right in the phone book, would you find it?
As I said before, many Americans might disagree with me. There are enough millions of us, Americans, that even if it is only a small percentage not agreeing with me, that would be a very large group, maybe in the millions.
