Such a good post--I went or am going through the same thing. I was really depressed after leaving and I am learning that it is okay to rest...just be (!- oh, God- what a feeling after all that madness) without having to do s.th. 'constructive' - after all - I have been running like a maniac for 23 years in that group, plus having had 7 kids, I am just so 'finished' now sometimes. I sleep a whole afternoon on weekends after a five-day 8 hour-job! But in the beginning it was real hard to 'unwind'. I think it's harder for women to claim that time for themselves...but I just can't do without it now! If I am grumpy, my whole family suffers and the weekend is shot!
