It's normal for someone who has grown up in TF to reject religion, often of any sort. After all, "God" as often been synonymous with rape, abuse and incest. It's also normal that someone young who is leaving will get involved with alcohol or drug abuse. Not a good thing, of course. If there is any way that you can get her into a counselor, perhaps via referral from an organization like RAINN (google rainn.org) then she'll have a place to talk about things that are too frightening for her to talk about with close relatives or friends. here is their web link:
There is a hotline number at that site which is listed. You could give her that number in case she decides to make a call to them.
Of course you have to have some boundaries to keep your own home safe. I hope the link will help you connect to someone in your area who can be a direct help to your family.
