You say: Adam was the source of Eve....I guess you meant "donating" the rib-part?? (actually it got taken...and there is no mention, whether Adam agreed...I guess he was just in need of a companion/helper/asar...)...but I disagree...at least to the relevant point, that Paul says, that the husband i s ( Eph 5:23 ...estin...is)
the head/source of the wife...that's why I asked...where is then the difference?...he keeps being the source...if people want that "classical" Greek meaning to fit here...that makes her then still depended in Paul's eyes (and him being Christ's apostle)...as much as we are all really depended on HIM...frankly, there are plenty of wonderful women, who, as strong as they seem, yet yearn for a husband they can lean on...but sad to say many get exploited or get disillusioned by some stupid macho, who hasn't even begun to understand the other side of the coin...that "demand" to be Christlike...laying down the life for the wife...
That way I do see an order, which I see since long in danger or ruined...because of the oh so modern evolvements...because people like to play the old game...crossing the limits...children/teenagers do it...we do it all the time...I guess until we ask God to limit ourselves in and through Christ...that means dieing to our old self....
Another subject you touched, which I discussed in the nineties after leaving TF at length with a dear friend...that about the trinity...but that is altogether a very big/huge one and for now I just limit myself here in time & space...even as I am anyway limited ; )..."but the word is not bound"

Or did I misunderstand you?
