I'm not sure if you were saying, in another post, that you had an attraction that you battled with (to same sex- at one time).

I just said that regarding openness towards homos...in case you read Berg's drivel on Homos/Sodomites...where he wrote kind of pro involvement with homosexuals..to win them or so....long time ago...that's the only thing I ever mentioned something like that on the board...because it brought me into a very delicate...heart-struggling situation...I could have done without that...but Berg wasn't really a protector/shepherd of souls...his pride was being "revolutionary"...kind of the opposite of the "system's doings" would be the right way...

I remember seeing the movie Bilitis with a brother...after he mentioned it and even before I kind of liked Hamiltons photographies......it's "funny" how Keda later had some turn @ if I remember that right...after getting rebuked...did she ever have children??herself...forgot...

Paul never said that his opinions differed from that of the Lord...from my knowledge, but that he didn't have on certain issues a direct leading, word of God about...kind of saying his opinion...but he did stress, that he also had the Holy Spirit (for guidance)

I was 10 years ago in a nice seminary about ministering to the soul/soulcaring...the evangelist also mentioned the rules/laws regarding just one kind of seed for the ground..one kind of fibre for the garment...His take: God used this as a means to teach the Jews about oneness...singlemindedness...it makes sense to me..one girl laughed about it just hearing the laws...but the evangelist pretty sternly reprimanded her....we should consider, that all HE ordains makes sense ultimately, even if we don't grasp it now or immediately...then later...

One big trouble is though...some will see things too late...this is what all my "fuss" is in this thread about...it's not about me wanting to be right...wanting praise...desiring the applause of mortal men.I am just very (very much!!!) concerned, that if all of us (ex-cultists) have escaped such grave errors/sins as in TF, it'd be such a shame, if we couldn't inspire each other to find and remain on the straight and narrow path, not to miss the first resurrection/rapture...that is my concern and besides the Bible I am actually not thinking about any other truth...only that at times things get confirmed by wordly reasoning...results in the world support...what was truth all the time...even if it happens to be about some seafood...but amazingly enough the non-Jews could eat all this kind of stuff...as we read that @ Noah's times...so I thought then, the Chinese are just doing exactly that...eating about everything ; )
(Genesis 9:3)

Reading the OT we should consider, who is meant and addressed...I am not belonging to those substitution-theologists...who say, that all what has been promised to Israel is coming true in the church...the way I understood it...instead there are a lot of things, which still find their fulfillment in physical Israel...Romans 11 is a lot about that too

That's why I read a lot what Paul wrote and other epistles...because it's directed mostly to churches with a lot of (ex) heathen...and that's where I come from too...though in Christ there is really no difference between those believers out of Israel/messianic Jews and believers out of the heathen nations...

Darbyists are really great in trying to discern which portion of the Bible is meant actually when and for whom...I am not thinking that they always get it right...but Berg got quite a few things wrong...also about the Jews...(Luther actually made the same mistake as Berg...condemning the Jews sharply)
