Ready when you are. I agree with you about the condescending tone in parts of "Last Days Madness". It's unfortunate, since DeMar's documentation is pretty thorough and ought speak for itself. His overall point is well taken, though (the same as that of Kyle)-- that we Christians are shooting ourselves in the foot, in terms of long-term Christian influence on the world we live in. We think we don't have time for all of that; that this "has to be the last generation" because "it's never been this bad before".
Kyle's book ("The Last Days are Here Again") really brought home to me just how many times that has been said over the last 2000 years, and how many children's futures have been sacrificed because their parents thought Jesus was probably going to come back before they grew up. It's a wonder Christianity has survived!
