Yes, that was David Hoyt. That group and the JPA joined around the same time. Wasn't Esther in the JPA? And now that you mention it, I do seem to recall that about Hoyt.
I guess a family motto was to divide and conquer. Kinda like the difference of dealing with an independent client and a merger where the top corp. personell of the losing side are axed.
