Juni, thanks for your response. Yes, science has shown that it is damaging to do that. My father was an alcoholic that was a high acheiver at work, but out of control at home. When he got angry, he just exploded so that he would completely be just viscious. I think part of that emotional wreckage was surely attributed to the left-handed-forced to be right-handed factor. Sorry about your father. Mine died when he was 52 and I was 18. But he was terminal with cancer of the digestive system before that. (I was in the fam. when he died.) There are many factors to people's twists and turns in life, but it is sad that society takes a toll on those in the minority. By the way, I am left-handed too, and to my father's credit, that is one thing that he sure did NOT try to change in me!
