Yep, about the only way we the people can put a stop to the judicial tyranny is to amend the constitution. That way, the judges can't nullify it as being unconstitutional, since it's in the constitution. The only problem with this strategy is that it is very difficult to add amendments to the constitution. The only other remedy would be to replace those activist judges with conservative ones.
