Once again, in case you still don't get it. after this, if you still don't I give up.
I have NO PROBLEM with someone quoting scripture to support their beliefs. Not everyone who quotes scripture talks like you do.
I have a problem WITH YOU, alot of the time, not all the time.
I like it better when you speak for yourself.
I like your testimony. It's everything going for you. But when you blab out some kind of robotic talk that says that everyone else is out of it, but not you, it is damn offensive.
At this point I really don't give a hoot how offended you are. You've done enough to put EVERYONE ELSE down.
I like Ray, Kathy somewhat, Lolo, Jesse, and alot of other Christians quoting scripture, because they share their hearts. But you cannot resist telling people where THEY are at.
I learn from just about every other Bible quoting Christian here, but not you. You haven't told me anything meaningful, not once.
Maybe you try too hard.

What AG wrote for me wasn't an assertion truth could not be determined. That was you going hyper and getting triggered into auto response again.
***Attack! Enemy Attack! We are under attack! Red ALERT! Someone just said my faith my not be absolutely correct and true. RESPOND NOW, Christian soldier! Defend your faith! Speak lest that heresy go unchallenged****

As far as I understand she was saying what I'm saying now: SPEAK FOR YOURSELF. and IF I am right, that is also the message behind the guidelines, and what you were reprimanded for going against more than once.

When you offered your example of Christ telling us we could discern who is a true teacher or prophet by examining their fruits, (also, your quoting all the way up to verse 20 was unnecesarry) you did not tell me to my satisfaction, anything absolute. What is "fruits," what is "ravening wolves," what is corrupt? Isn't all that from our interpretation of the word? Can our interpretation be 100% the same? (Please, that was retorical!)

"I think Christ made it fairly clear in the above passage, that Christians do have the God-given ability to discern false prophets and their
teachings"

Do ALL Christians have the God-given ability to discern false prophets and their teachings?
So when I joined you mean I was not sincerely deceived but willfully disobedient?
Since I didn't know then what I know now, and I don't know today what I will know tomorrow, that means I am willfully and royally screwed, right? I disagree with your use of these verses. Normally when I read them and they feed me.you quote them and apply them and you condemn me. You really don't know what you're dealing with, and how many people like me that you are hurting with your arrogance.

When you write: "I have no problem applying this concept to Berg. His false doctrines produced all sorts of bad fruit, including incest, prostitution, child abuse and suicide" it's great, because youare speaking for yourself. Bravo!

Sir, you have no idea what I am or am not “scoffing” about. Don't speak for me.
I don't consider myself unfortunate for an exer, but an excellent example of a survivor who beat the odds in life and came out ahead. But thanks for your encouragement anyway. Maybe you should examine the fruits YOU are having! Does that make you a false prophet?

I really don't think you care or want to know how offensive you are, but you defend your right to continue being exactly unchanged. You know, if you even rephrase and say "I BELIEVE reliance upon the Bible is essential if one wishes to avoid being deceived by false teachers" it makes alot of diffrents, but you don't want to care do you? Your wordsare only there because of your the wayyou think.

Also, DON'T fucking put me down again, telling me sorry by being “bothered by exers who are more certain about their beliefs” and offer me your empathy for my uncertainty.
You have no idea that is true.
You don't have any clue what bothers and doesn't bother me, and I don't think you really care.
I don't need your pity.
Oh I forget, you are God, right? You can look into my heart...! forgive me!
Common! Who the fuck told you I was uncertain about anything? Me uncertain? What a laugh! One thing I can tell you with absolute certainty, you piss me off!

You wrote:
“Of two things I am certain: Jesus is Lord, and he has given us the Bible to guide our lives.”

Bravo! I appreciate testimony like that. You spoke for YOURSELF.

I don't agree about Berg using the bible less and less the more off track his doctrines got. That's just the way YOU understand it. Maybe you can't understand subjectivity and objectivity.

After writing all this, is this is going to change anything, I really don't think so. Do I think you will understand how offensive you are, even to other Christians? I don't think so. Do I think you care? I really think so. Do I want to bother again? I really don't think so.

Bye! (again!)
