That is totally appropiate. Thats just what I mean.
My family had to talk me out of doing something simliar as I felt so horrible when I found out that my daughter had been sexually abused by an adult male. I felt I had totally failed at protecting my wonderful, beautiful daughter, and had failed my family in protecting them. Raising them in a sexually charged atmosphere.
The guilt still gets to me. It's been such a wonderful thing to raise kids outside of the family. To see their natural modesty, (instead of everyone in the bath together).
To see how they explore their options of 'what do I want to do when I grow up'. It's taken my older kids ages to find their niche, as it was very hard to make changes after being brainwashed that Jesus will be back tomorrow so whats the use.
But thankfully they are all progressing.
