In fact, the actress who plays his mother, is Jewish and she and her actor father were often conferred with and asked about sensitivity to Jewish feelings, etc., and in light of their input, he did change some things. I think it's funny to see people fall all over themselves criticizing something they have yet to see. I will see it after seeing people's reactions and that it was a life changing experience for them, etc., makes it interesting. Also, after seeing the interview with Mel Gibson on TV, I like a lot of what he said. I think it's a movie from his heart and very few movies are done like that, if any, as Joseph stated. I don't doubt the miracles either, they do happen, somehow. I don't mind paying for it because the actors and film crew need to be paid. I think the good thing about it is that it is making people talk and making people talk theology. A nice change from the tedious and trivial reportings such as Martha Stewart's trial, and the latest Michael Jackson escapade.
