Too funny! I had to laugh at myself on this one. I can clearly remember a time when I prayed for characters in a soap opera I watched! I was laid up for six months with a couple of broken legs, broken hip & arm. I did a lot of praying to cope with the pain and stress of my situation. The high point of my day was a soap opera that came on after lunch. This was the only time in my life I've watched a soap opera--and the only time I ever found myself praying for fictional characters. It seemed natural and pretty silly at the same time.
