I attend with my kids a Pentacostal Church assembly and there are activities during the week too for teenagers as Christian theaters palys and soft rap Christian music or alternative... We feel real good in there and I didn't see so much business men with ties there especially. Freedom exists and nobody bothers you really and there's no "in tongue prayers" even even if they believe in it...
The singers and band are composed of young members, real good musicians, the choir they have is tremendously good at singing real nice Christian songs and they help by God's grace in that Christain assembly many churches in France and also many french parts of the World...
The Holy Spirit is felt strong and smooth and we sing much beautiful Christuian songs together, 2000 people on Sunday morning and also evening and the numerous camps (not Victor camps hehe) all year long for the youth are really well organised and loved by the youth and real smooth and free with lots of music!... :-) So many nice and sane activities. I agree with Lydia on NDN liking her Christuian assembly too.
Some assemblies might be more serious but in general Christian assemblies if you search are a blessing in anybody's life for sure and give you energy much praising Our Saviour Jesus Christ to pass through this Journey! I hope I won't get rebuked for saying this here! Hehe! Just liked the post up here... and wanted to agree with it!
The Family cult as others brought us real far from reality and fooled us... royally! If Berg didn't make it to work with other Christian pastors because of his weird attitude much, that doesn't mean all Christian Evangelical assemblies are bad geeeez! The Christian Pastors who fauithfully preached the Gospel as misionaries sent around the World really preached the Salvation Message Worldwide with saner follow-up. Maybe not pwerfect follow-up, but at least not oversex weird or hiding dangerous weird schemes as the white sepulchers cults' ones!...
Try a Christian assembly at the corner of your street and appreciate for the good there is within, better than stay home lazily doing nothing, that goes for me too. I waited too long after leaving a cult myself to go back to a nice sane Christian assembly, I lost time really and hope you don't. Let's not become drop-outs drooping of nice assemblies that are the whole World for Jesus.
If it wouldn't have ben of those, we woldn't have been saved. You have also real nice people there, astronger than us in many ways, as what we learned in a cult minimized our strenghts and wisdom for so long. As it says in James, Lord Jesus give us wisdom. Salomon asked the same wisdom but failed at the end of his life for lust, we won't...
