That was my point, that man has the capacity to do both, good and evil, and that that capacity is within and, in my opinion, a matter of choice. In fact, also in my opinion, sin is a sin not only when it is done as being a sin but also when it is not done as a sin (some people who have mental problems and are constantly making the wrong choices in this department).
I would accept that we cannot be good enough to deserve Heaven but by the same token most people are not evil enough to deserve Hell either.
The least I can do is to ask how come the default is to go to hell instead of going to heaven? Maybe what is wrong with this whole picture is the idea of a heaven and a hell... Maybe the traditional Christian idea of heaven and hell are wrong, after all who has been there, seen it and reported it back to everybody in a language everybody can understand?
I demand proof! :-)
