everytime I read about this case, I get so stressed out. The point you mentioned about her baby making machine is right on the button. Most women would not want that many children, and all at home, unless they had an incredible support structure and lots of money, or the resources to care for them all. It's just too hard on a woman's body and emotions. The only reason anyone would agree is in the case where women are told they have to for religious reasons, or(fill in the blanks). If it's their choice, they are not going to want to keep having baby after baby. And then with her history of depression and emotional ups and downs, thoughts of suicide, etc., you'd have to be nuts to think everything is fine all of a sudden and whoopie, let the baby making continue!!! It's that - oh, we prayed, we're happy, God will do it, we have the faith, mentality that burns me up. Not that there is anything wrong with that in and of itself, but God also gave us a brain and common sense to use. Otherwise, we wouldn't need hospitals or doctors at all, and I haven't seen that happen even amongst the most devout Christians.
