I always thought Orthodox and strict Catholic worship was so formal and ritualized that how could it be genuine worship? I thot it was just outward show, and pretty dry, which it probably is. You know, walking with incense shakers and lighting candles and Gregorian chants... but now I see how in a sense some of it could really get people in a worshipful mood.
