We went to an amusement park with the kids. My son got mad at my husband (daddy called sonny a chicken for not wanting to go on the kiddy roller-coaster, sonny is very proud), so my son took off while we were on a ride. When we got back he was gone, so I went looking for him. After about 30 minutes of searching (the park was close to closing time, so pretty empty), and no son, I started to freak out, so I prayed "God, bring him back to me whole and in one piece", and then I started to send out good thoughts to my son, thoughts of coming back to the merry-go-round quickly.

About 10 minutes later he showed up around the merry-go-round. I cried, I hugged him, then I yelled at him and gave him 3 days of restriction, and made him apologise to everyone.

But I did pray, I must admit. In times of extreme desperation I use every single resource I know of to help bring about a positive result (this especially works when I'm on a plane).
