It wasn't a trigger, it is perspective based. And what you interpret as "Defensive" is responsive as you use psychology to back up your opinion as an absolute. There are many in the field of psychology that would disagree with how your assessment is put together. So I think of my responsiveness to your post as assertive and proactive vs. merely "defensive".
