Healing, that's such a huge, vast subject.I believe, first of all we should get right with God, do all the repentance necessary, spiritual healing, rebirth, getting reconnected with God, mind/spirit over matter/body...sure even Paul had to leave a fellowservant of God sick behind...so healing is not automatic for Christians either or lifelong guaranteed.But I do believe, that God can use earthly life's conditions to teach us lessons, to speak to us, to comfort us .He sent His word & healed them...I believe the word has healing power, the truth & I know a preacher/evangelist who had healings during his faithbuilding sermons.
The problem is, we often don't dare to pray more specific for fear of getting "a bad result" to put us or God to shame, so to speak.A lot of times I think the church is also not ready for that ministry, although I heard, that fantastic things happened in 3rd world countries, I think the Lord just blesses the spreading of His name among the most poor, that's why missionaries often have much more to tell...
