I am certain that anyone who reads this book will see themselves, or someone they know, in at least one of the many case histories he writes about. Everyone I have mentioned this book to has told me that they have personally experienced physical illness directly caused or greatly exacerbated by emotional/psychological factors. This book has helped me understand a great many things about myself.
