that's me. I had gotten used to just taking it in but too much happened too soon at some point but the main trigger was that the 2 people responsible for that already had a diminished "position" in my eyes. All of it did the trick. The vast majority of leaders were so out of touch that I had no respect for them at all, not as leaders, not as practical leaders and not as human beings.
