My Lord Brother,
How similar to our struggle yours has been.
I cleverly sought to diminish crisis on domestic fronts (and if possible, in The Spirit) by a slow and Columbo like drift to the door which leadership gracefully opened (keeping us as friends) as they gladly threw me out.
I felt like 'Brer Rabbit'..."NO, NO, Don't throw me in that there briar patch!"
Yahoo!! Ah HA! Ah HA! The patch...The Patch...
Woosh! We disappeared! Into the hands of God where I'd much rather take my chances than with that ol' fox (Mo, Maria, & Peter) getting ready to boil us.
My God freedom felt so...good even though we had nearly nothing it seemed, it reminded me of the ecstacy after realizing you'd survived a battle in 'Nam! The poor pathetic zombies thought we were so stupid. This is yet another wall...By the grace of God we (10) lept over...impossible without His guidance and leadership (though many chapters were grueling and a mystery as you point out Ray.)
By the way, check out 'The One Year Book of Christian History' by E. Michael and Sharon Rusten on Tyndale House Publishers...awesome harrowing stories of our fore-fathers!
